4 portions:
8 slices smoked ham (serrano/spekeskinke)
200 gr brussels sprouts
2 apples, in pieces
2 shallots, chopped
2 tablespoons apple vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons horseradish, grated
the juice from 1/2 lemon
salt, pepper
Fry the ham until crispy in a hot ovven (about 5 minutes). Pick the leaves from the sprouts apart and rinse them. Mix the apples with the shallot and the sprouts in a bowl. Wipe vinegar, oil, lemon juice and horseraddish together, then taste it and add salt and pepper before putting it over the sallad. Finally tear the ham over and serve.
