1 liter rødvin
2 dl sukker
1 sitron, skallet
2 kanelstenger
2 stjerneanis
1 bit fersk ingefær, grovhakket
1 appelsin, i skiver
Bland alle ingrediensene i en kjele. Varm opp uten å koke. La stå i 5 minutter før den siles og serveres glovarm.

In Norway we mostly drink glogg before Christmas, but there´s no reason for not drinking it during the rest of the winter as well. Tastes wonderful after skiing!
1 liter red wine
0,2 liter sugar
1 lemon, zest
2 cinnamon sticks
2 star anis
1 small piece fresh ginger, roughly chopped
1 orange, sliced
Mix all the ingredients in a casserolle. Warm up, without boiling. Leave it for 5 minutes, before sifting it and serving it really hot.
